Two Jack Lake has become one of the most famous lakes in the world. Early in my photography career, I visited it in the month of October as the seasons were changing and fresh snow was falling each night. This image is the best one I have which communicates the feeling of a new winter. Just two days later, the lake was frozen solid. A week later, people were playing hockey on it. I may have been one of them.
